Статья посвящена анализу актуальности концепции разграничения политической и юридической ответственности органов публичной власти в современной России. В условиях продолжающегося реформирования системы публичной власти в Российской Федерации, вопросы разграничения видов ответственности приобретают особую остроту, поскольку от их корректного доктринального решения напрямую зависит эффективность механизмов контроля за деятельностью властных институтов.

This article analyzes the relevance of the concept of distinguishing between political and legal liability for public authority bodies in contemporary Russia. Amidst the ongoing reform of the public authority system in the Russian Federation, the issue of differentiating between types of liability has become particularly acute, as the effectiveness of mechanisms for overseeing the activities of government institutions depends directly on a correct doctrinal resolution of this matter.
