В статье рассматривается возможность условного депонирования цифро вого рубля, оценивается существующее правовое регулирование цифрового рубля как вида безналичных денежных средств применительно к данной области. Также автором выявляют сясуществующие проблемы и предлагаются меры по совершенствованию законодательства в соответствующей сфере.

This article examines the feasibility of escrow for the digital ruble and assesses the existing legal regulation of the digital ruble as a form of non-cash money in this area. The author also identifies existing problems and proposes measures to improve legislation in this area.
