<p>The digital environment has substantially changed the circulation of literary, artistic and scientific works. It has expanded lawful access to content, but it has also made unlicensed exploitation faster, more scalable and more difficult to control. The most complex cases are not limited to simple copying: they usually arise where infringement is formed through several technological acts and distributed among users, platforms, hosting providers, search engines, advertising and payment services. The purpose of this article is to develop a typology of copyright infringements in the digital environment that can assist legal qualification, identification of the liable actor and selection of proportionate remedies. The study relies on formal legal, comparative legal, system-structural and doctrinal methods, as well as on the analysis of guidance of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and international copyright treaties. The article proposes a multi-level typology based on four criteria: the type of violated right, the mode of digital exploitation, the role of the actor and the technological mechanism of infringement. It is argued that generative AI and NFTs do not create new categories of copyright, but they form high-risk qualification zones. In these situations, it is especially important to distinguish reproduction, making available to the public, adaptation, removal of rights management information and the allocation of liability between direct infringers and intermediaries. The article concludes that the proposed typology improves predictability in law enforcement, structures evidentiary models and helps correlate the factual pattern of infringement with remedies, including takedown, injunctive relief, access restriction and compensation.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>авторское право</kwd><kwd>цифровая среда</kwd><kwd>нарушение исключительного права</kwd><kwd>личные неимущественные права автора</kwd><kwd>информационный посредник</kwd><kwd>технические средства защиты</kwd><kwd>генеративный искусственный интеллект</kwd><kwd>NFT</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>copyright</kwd><kwd>digital environment</kwd><kwd>exclusive rights</kwd><kwd>moral rights</kwd><kwd>information intermediary</kwd><kwd>technological protection measures</kwd><kwd>generative AI</kwd><kwd>NFT</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">[1] Гражданский кодекс Российской Федерации.
