Монархические институты прошли длительный процесс политико-правовой эволюции и под воздействием развития общества подверглись серьезной модернизации, что позволило появиться современным их модификациям. Monarchical institutions went through a long process of political and legal evolu tion and, under the influence of the development of society, underwent serious modernization, which allowed their modern modifications to appear. The main features of modern monarchies identified in the peer-reviewed monograph, largely different from their historical prototypes, proposed author’s prospects for their further modernization and the author’s conviction that that the monarchical sys tem of power hasnotoutlived itsusefulness, on the contrary, hasadapted to the changed condi tions, modernized and acquired in the process of evolution new, special features that ensure the stability of the political system in the context of global legal transformation, the embeddability of institutional paradoxes in the monarchical management paradigm, according to the reviewer, repre sents a groundwork for future research.
