В статье исследуются особенности использования цифровых технологий и электронных следов в расследовании преступлений против личности. Раскрывается потенциал электронных носителей информации (мобильных устройств, компьютеров и др.) как источника цифровых следов, позволяющих установить обстоятельства преступления, мотивы, круг причастных лиц. На примере уголовного дела по ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ демонстрируется практическое применение программно-аппаратных комплексов («Cellebrite UFED», «Мобильный криминалист „Эксперт Плюс“») для извлечения и интерпретации данных, в том числе удалённых. Особое внимание уделено задачам и объектам судебной компьютерно-технической экспертизы, тактическим приёмам работы с цифровыми доказательствами, включая создание «зеркальной» копии носителя для исключения повреждения исходных данных. Рассматриваются категории информации (доступная, скрытая, зашифрованная) и способы восстановления удалённых файлов.

The article examines the specifics of using digital technologies and electronic traces in the investigation of crimes against the person. The potential of electronic information carriers (mobile devices, computers, etc.) as a source of digital traces that make it possible to establish the circumstances of a crime, motives, and the circle of involved persons is revealed. Using the example of a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the practical application of software and hardware complexes (Cellebrite UFED, Mobile Forensic Expert Plus) for extracting and interpreting data, including deleted data, is demonstrated. Special attention is paid to the tasks and objects of forensic computer and technical expertise, as well as to tactical methods of working with digital evidence, including creating a “mirror” copy of the storage medium to prevent damage to the original data. The categories of information (available, hidden, encrypted) and methods for recovering deleted files are considered.
