В статье исследуются новеллы Федерального закона от 25 апреля 2026 г. № 105-ФЗ в части уточнения порядка учета доходов супругов и несовершеннолетних детей, а также определения сделок, не подлежащих контролю за расходами. Анализируется введение правила о включении в общий доход доходов несовершеннолетних детей наряду с доходами служащего и его супруга, а также исключение из-под контроля сделок, совершенных до на значения на должность или до вступления в брак. Раскрыты предпосылки и дана оценка со вокупному влиянию этих изменений на эффективность антикоррупционной политики.

This article examines the novelties of Federal Law No. 105-FZ of April 25, 2026, regarding the clarification of the procedure for accounting for the income of spouses and minor children, aswell as the definition of transactions notsubject to expenditure control. Itanalyzes the introduction of the rule on including the income of minor children in the total income alongside the incomes of the official and their spouse, aswell as the exemption from control of transactions concluded prior to appointment to a position or before marriage. The prerequisites are disclosed, and the combined impact of these changes on the effectiveness of anti-corruption policy is assessed.
